We started ULO because we wanted to create the agency we ourselves had been missing. An agency that is straightforward, fast, reliable – and that actually cares.
We have extensive experience in starting, running, selling and supporting companies – both as founders, CEOs, investors and consultants. And we know what it takes to build something that lasts.
ULO is for small and medium-sized businesses that want to grow, but don't want to get stuck in expensive processes, complicated contracts or unclear deliveries. We offer marketing, strategy and design that makes a real difference – with fixed prices, short lead times and a partner who is with you every step of the way.
We don't believe in making things complicated. We believe in common sense, proven methods and a presence that is felt. We work closely with our customers, listen, suggest, deliver – and we don't give up until it feels right.
Our history
ULO was founded in the summer of 2024 by Jan Lundqvist and Désirée Stiernstam Berg – two entrepreneurs with completely different backgrounds but a common driving force: to create a modern, reliable agency that actually makes a difference for small and medium-sized businesses.
Jan comes from a long career in management, business development and company building, with over 25 years of experience in starting, leading and selling companies. Désirée is a creative leader, designer and communicator with a strong foundation in branding, digital strategy and visual identity. Together they started ULO with a vision to offer business-oriented marketing and consulting – at fixed prices, without hassle.

Jan is a co-founder of ULO and has over 25 years of experience in starting, running and developing companies. He has also worked as a CEO, chairman of the board and advisor in a variety of industries, and has a strong ability to connect strategy with business value.

Déesirée is co-founder and Creative Director at ULO, responsible for brand strategy, design and communication. She has a long background in both design and business development, and drives all projects with a focus on both content and expression.
